OVERTHINKING:
A Fight for Control
“Like many people, I had struggled with overthinking. Constantly ruminating, doubting, and worrying was exhausting. Over the last six years, right out of high school, I was the most anxious I had ever been. I feared that time would pass by and I would live a life without the accomplishments I aspired for. In the summer of 2025, I finally had enough and decided to get to the bottom of this problem. This is where I developed my theory on overthinking. Overthinking is a last resort cognitive byproduct that seeks control when decision-making systems are inefficient or poorly structured.
Understanding this, I developed the Decision-Making Process, which led to the abolishment of my overthinking. Clearing my mind, decreasing my anxiety, and increasing my confidence.
I wrote this for myself, but I will leave it here for anyone who is interested."
